Georgina Health Centre’s diagnostic imaging is a satellite clinic of Southlake Regional Health Centre serving patients closer to home. Reports done at Georgina Health Centre are sent and stored directly to Southlake Regional Health Centre to be read by experienced radiologists at the hospital.

Medical offices if you are missing patient results, please contact Southlake Regional Health Centre, Health Records Department directly at 905-895-4521 Ext. 2315 you will need your patients OHIP number as well as your fax number for the results.
X-Ray and Ultrasound Hours:

• Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm – Closed for lunch from 12;00pm – 1:00 pm
• The x-ray and ultrasound department is closed on all major holidays. 
• X-ray walk-ins welcome with valid requisition and health card
• Ultrasound by appointment only.
